RETURNS

Refunds are not accepted, but products may be exchanged with the same style/code if there is a manufacturing fault. To ensure that your claim is validated and processed efficiently, please follow the steps below:

1. Video record the unboxing of the product up to the point of inspection and proof of damage.

2. Send an email to info@shoptenali.com to report the incident.

3. We will respond with the shipping instruction to send the product back to our warehouse. Tenali will cover the shipping costs from the return up to the point of reissue.

4. When returning the product, please place the scarf and ribbon back to the box.

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, but the customer must arrange and cover the delivery costs. The order will be marked as fulfilled from the point of pick-up from our warehouse.

 

How do I return an item?

1. Send an email to info@shoptenali.com to report the incident.

2. We will respond with the shipping instruction to send the product back to our warehouse. Tenali will cover the shipping costs from the return up to the point of reissue.

3. When returning the  product, please place the scarf and ribbon back to the box, then place the box back to the bubble mailer. 

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Only defective and/or damaged item(s) will be entertained for exchange. 

Products may be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition.

You have 3 days from the order receipt date to exchange your purchase from Tenali, free of charge.  The items must be in perfect condition.

How do I track my order?

 

Once the package is picked-up from our warehouse, a delivery confirmation email will be sent to your email with the tracking number.

For pick-ups, the customer is responsible to book and track their orders.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

You may contact the courier using the tracking details found on the delivery confirmation email.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer Standard Shipping with the following ETAs:

1. Within Metro Manila: 3-5 Business Days

2. Outside Metro Manila: 5-7 Business Days

Same-day delivery through Store Pick-up is also accommodated in which the order will be ready for pick-up 1 hour from when the payment is received.
